Yoga Poses

Take a look at the poses below. You can perform each of these at home. Take 30 seconds to hold each pose. Pause for 30 seconds, then choose another. Do this for 10-15 minutes as a workouty routine. Yoga can help us focus as well as work on our strenght and flexibility.
This is our "sunrise and sunset" yoga pose. It is being demonstrated by some of our 1st grade students.
