	Eligibility Criteria for Speech Improvement Services In order to determine elligibility for services, the Speech-Language Pathologist must consider the following: - A student is less than 80% intelligible during conversation.
- A student is making errors on a sound or a form of language that is not developmentally appropriate.
- When instructed, the student is not able to produce the error sound correctly.
 Continuation of Speech Improvement services is based on - Current performance
- Percentage of homework completed during the 10-week cycle, as this is an indicator of willingness and commitment to the program.
